David Woodward

Mr. Woodward is a Managing Partner of Lindsey & Company, and is based in the Darien, Connecticut headquarters office.

Prior to joining Lindsey & Company, David (Woody) was a Partner in the Connecticut office of O’Keefe & Partners, a retained executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of senior marketing, sales and general management executives.

He served ten years as a Partner with O’Keefe and brings more than 12 years of recruitment experience and search successes across a wide spectrum of industries and executive positions in CPG, restaurant, financial services and consumer technology. His focus has been developing new business and managing existing clients. These clients include Domino’s Pizza, Hometown Buffett, Applebee’s, Visa, Georgia Pacific, Microsoft, Computer Associates, and Victorinox Swiss Army.

Woody played professional ice hockey in Europe before he began his career in executive search with Fairfaxx Corporation. He spent two years at Fairfaxx before joining 1to1 Executive Search, the retained executive search firm formed under the management consulting firm Peppers and Rogers Group.

Woody has extensive experience working with both large and small organizations and recruiting at all levels across all functional areas. He earned his BS degree from Babson College. He and his wife Debra have two children and reside in Fairfield, Connecticut.
