Michael V. Garcia

Mr. Garcia is a Managing Partner at Lindsey & Company and is based in the Darien, Connecticut headquarters and the Bluffton, South Carolina office.

Mr. Garcia has an exceptional track record with Fortune 500 companies and has been responsible for well-known brands both in the USA and internationally. He has worked both on the agency and client side of commercial life and has been engaged in consumer and business-to-business environments.

Mr. Garcia began his career as an account executive and progressed to general management at advertising agencies in New York City, Chicago and Toronto including BBDO, Grey, Geer Dubois and Campbell Mithun.

Mr. Garcia spent 10 years with The Hertz Corporation. He was Vice President of Marketing/USA and subsequently held the positions of Vice President of Marketing and Sales/Europe (headquartered in London), and Staff Vice President of Marketing and Sales/International working with Hertz sales and marketing teams in North America and the EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions.

Prior to joining Lindsey & Company, Mr. Garcia was a Managing Director in the New York City office of Gundersen Partners, a retained executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of senior marketing executives.

Mr. Garcia received a B.A. in English from the State University College at Cortland, NY. He lives with his wife Gail in New Canaan, Connecticut.
