David is a Managing Partner of Lindsey & Co., and is based
in the Darien, Connecticut headquarters office.
Prior to joining Lindsey & Company, David spent 30 years in
the specialty chemicals industry with Union Carbide, OSi
Specialties and Witco Corporation. David has had very
diverse experiences including manufacturing, environmental
protection, energy systems, sales, marketing, new business
development, information technology project management,
human resources and general management.. At the Witco
Corporation, he was Group Vice President for the OSi
Specialties Business and then Corporate Vice President of
Human Resources. He was a corporate officer and a member of
the Leadership Team for both OSi Specialties, Inc. and Witco
Corporation. David has extensive experience in both line and
staff positions in Fortune 100 companies, middle market
companies and privately held LBO’s.
David graduated from the University of Delaware, where he
played on the tennis team for four years, with a B.S. degree
in Chemical Engineering.
David is on the Board of Directors of Western Nonwovens,
Inc, a $100 million, privately held, specialty nonwoven
fibers manufacturer and marketer. He is also on the Board of
Directors of Danbury Health Systems/Hospital and on the
board’s Medical Affairs Committee and the Finance/Investment
Committee.
David and his wife Kay reside in Danbury, CT and have two
adult children.
