Mr. Newsham is a Managing Partner of Lindsey and Company and
is based in the Jupiter, Florida, and New York offices of
the firm.
For the past 15 years Peter has performed retained executive
search at senior levels for a broad base of clients here in
the United States and internationally.
Prior to joining Lindsey and Company Peter was President of
Graham Newsham and Associates, a boutique retained search
firm where he established long term client relationships
with highly regarded consulting firms. He began his career
in executive search at Ward Howell International in
Stamford, Connecticut, where he handled diverse high-level
searches.
In addition to his executive search experience Peter’s
background includes 12 years in the corporate world starting
off at Pepsico Inc. where he headed up recruitment for
Pepsico Inc.’s world headquarters in Purchase, NY.
Subsequent senior human resource positions were with McGraw
Hill In. and Pitney Bowes In., combining both human resource
generalist positions and senior level recruitment roles.
Peter graduated from St. Michael’s College with a BA in
Humanities. He has been an active participant in various
civic, community and charitable organizations. He and his
wife, Pat, reside in Tequesta, Florida, and Stony Brook, New
York.
