Mr. Bova is a Managing Partner of Lindsey & Company, and is based in the Darien, Connecticut headquarters office.

Prior to joining Lindsey & Company, Paul served as the Director of Consumer & Corporate Marketing for FitLinxx, Inc. Paul's role was to position the brand and manage all aspects of Consumer and Interactive Marketing as well as Public Relations for the company. Paul began his career in Fort James Corporation (Formerly James River Corp.). At James River, Paul held several senior marketing positions on different product lines. He was charged with leading the flagship brand as well as the development of a new product line expansion thorough conception, development and launch.

Paul left Fort James to join The Perrier Group of America. At Perrier he progressed through a diverse range of increasingly responsible positions and assignments in Marketing completing his career at Perrier as a General Manager, Interactive Business Development, which was a new department, developed by Paul, which managed the strategic development of the Internet, Intranet and Extranet across 13 brands within the organization.

Paul has extensive managerial experience in large corporations as well as small and middle market companies, both in Marketing and General Management positions. Paul earned his MBA in General Management from The University of Bridgeport and a BS degree from Northeastern University. Mr. Bova and his wife Robyn have three children and reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
